Nick Jonas takes daughter Malti Marie for his London concert, shares new photos with Priyanka Chopra: ‘Her first soundcheck’
By Actor Priyanka Chopra Jonas had shared on Saturday that her singer husband Nick Jonas has sold out London’s Royal Albert Hall. Now, the latter has shared pictures from the musical night which had their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas as a special guest. This is the first time the one-year-old attended her father’s concert.
Taking to Instagram, Nick shared a picture where he is seen holding Malti in his arms and wrote in the caption, “Her first soundcheck.”
Nick and Priyanka also shared several pictures together from the concert. In a post shared by Priyanka, Nick is seen holding Malti on the stage in the dark hall. The actor’s mother Madhu had also gone for the concert. Priyanka wrote in the caption, “What a night”.
On the work front, Priyanka’s recent show Citadel released, co-starring Richard Madden. This is the first leg of global series Citadel planned by the Russo Brothers. The Indian series is led by Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Varun Dhawan. Priyanka was recently in India to promote the show along with Richard.
Interestingly, Priyanka shared that Citadel is the first time she got equal pay as her male counterpart. During an interview with Amazon Studios head Jennifer Salke at the South by Southwest Film Festival (SXSW) 2023, Priyanka said that it was only on Citadel that she received equal pay for the first time in her career. She said, “I might get into trouble for saying this, depends on who’s watching. I’ve been working in the entertainment industry for now 22 years, and I have done almost 70-plus features and two TV shows. But when I did Citadel, it was the first time in my career that I had pay parity. I’m laughing about this, but it’s kind of nuts.”
On the Bollywood front, the actor will be seen in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zaraa, co-starring Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt. The film has been announced but is yet to go under production.
