Khloé Kardashian ‘can’t wait’ to resume her daily gym sessions with personal trainer Joel Bouraïma after the birth of her daughter with babydaddy Tristan Thompson in a matter of days.
‘I can NOT WAIT to f*** up the gym when it’s time lol!’ the expecting 33-year-old – who boasts 118.6M social media followers – tweeted on Friday.
‘BEAST MODE is dying to return!! I know it won’t be easy but I’m excited for the challenge.’
The KUWTK reality star’s tweet came three days after she blogged about her ‘obsession with Tabata,’ which is a high-intensity interval training that consists of 20 seconds of beast mode and then 10 seconds of rest.
Khloé shared a video Tuesday of her family’s French fitness ‘Coach Joe’ demonstrating Tabata with squats, jumping jacks, dips, step-ups, push-ups, planks, and knees up moves.
Speaking of fitness, Kardashian did goat yoga with Kevin Hart for his new 15-webisode series What the Fit, which started streaming Thursday on Lionsgate’s Laugh Out Loud Network.
