Love Island star Callum MacLeod chose a very special moment to propose to his girlfriend Jade Olivia.
The aircraft engineer from South Wales was the first Islander to be dumped from the show in season five after he failed to couple up on Friday, June 7, 2019.
But he’s been more lucky in love in the outside world – and he’s now engaged to his girlfriend.
The star shared a sweet video of the engagement on his Instagram page.
The sunrise proposal took place alongside a scenic view as Callum got down on one knee and asked his long term girlfriend to marry him.
He wrote on Instagram: “WE’RE GETTING MARRIED!!! Last weeks sunrise was a special one… 08.10.22.”
Friends and other celebs have taken to the comments to congratulate Callum on the exciting news.
Dr Zoe Williams wrote: “Ahhhhhhhhh congratulations,” while fellow Love Island contestant Yewande Biala said: “Congratulations,” along with three red love heart emojis.
Season seven Islander Rachel Finni commented: “Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh congratulations you beautiful beautiful couple.”
While Amy Day took to the comments to say: “Massive congrats to you guys.”
